- 2. Model Details: This set of AJ-35 small mixing plant is equipped with JS750 twin-shaft concrete mixer, 2 sets of 100-ton cement silos. In Aimix Group, AJ-35 is usually equipped with 1 set of 50-ton silos. However, in this case, our customer has problems of transporting and storing the cement in the construction sites. Therefore, Aimix designs this special solution that adds two sets of cement silos with larger volumes to help solve the problems.
- 3. Application Fields: It is used for producing semi-dry concrete for the road paving construction project in Lampung.
Installation and Testing Details
Our local team in Indonesia supplies all the installation and testing services for our customers. You can check all the items below.
- 1. The local installation team first solves the custom clearance files for our customers.
- 2. Next, our team delivers the plant and all the parts to our customer’s site.
- 3. Afterward, our team designs the layout and starts to build the foundations for the plant.
- 4. Then, our engineers rent some tools and equipment and start to install the concrete plant parts on the site.
- 5. Finally, when all the parts are well installed, our engineers test the whole plant until they make sure the plant can normally work.
Training Details
- Aimix Group can also supply training services for our customers.
- In Lampung, our engineers train one of the workers of our clients and teach him how to operate all the control systems, monitoring systems, aggregate loading systems, concrete mixing systems, and powder materials supplying systems. Aimix engineers left until he has learned all the knowledge.
