Pumping Principle of Concrete Pump
Pumping system mainly consists of hopper, mixing system, concrete distribution valve, concrete delivery cylinder, washing room and cylinder. And pumping principle is as follows.
When the pressure oil of hydraulic system enters the main oil cylinder, the piston rod extends out. Meanwhile, the pressure oil of the communicating pipe is retracted by the pressure oil of sealing circuit connecting pipe. The piston connecting with main cylinder piston rod can make self-absorption when the piston retracts. Then the concrete in hopper will be sucked into cylinder through the suction valve with the help of atmospheric pressure and mixing blades.
Meanwhile, with the help oil pressure, another main oil cylinder can push the piston rod of the main oil cylinder and push the concrete piston to pressure the concrete delivery cylinder out. Next, the concrete will be sent to concrete conveying pipe through delivery port Y tube valve. When the above action is finished, the pressure oil will enter another mainly cylinder due to the automatic reserving of system, which will repeat the above action. Repeatedly, the concrete in hopper will be sucked or pressured our circularly, and the concrete will arrive at the operating point through the Y pipe and pipe connected with outlet, which marks the end of pumping work.
