Preparation Work
The preparation of shipping the small concrete pump contains a few items. Please check the below content.
- 1. Production for the equipment: The production of the cement pumps will start the moment our customers make orders from Aimix. What is more, the production time for the concrete pumping machines may need about 10-15 days.
- 2. Testing for ABT40C: When the pump is already produced, our engineers will connect the electricity and start to test the whole machine. Firstly, they will check every part of the 40m3 concrete pump to ensure all of them are made according to the requirement of our clients, including the model, size, configuration, color, and so on. Secondly, they put the pump into work to ensure it can normally pump concrete. Next, they will check if there are any irregular noises during the working process.
- 3. Packaging the pump: After finishing testing the ABT40C cement pump, our engineers will start to fix the machine into the container in order to ensure safety and stability during the shipping time. At the same time, they will also pack the spare parts into the container. Afterward, they will transport the machine to the port and arrange the shipping work.
